Arubahome is located in the quiet area of Punto di Oro. It is a beautiful well maintained four-person bungalow at about 3KM distance from Oranjestad and about 5KM from one of the most beautiful beaches of Aruba "Eagle Beach" and "Palm Beach".
The bungalow is air conditioned in all rooms. Both bedrooms each have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room has a seating area with sofa, TV and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a four-seater dining table, large refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and has coffee and tea making facilities.
The spacious veranda features a lounge-diner set.
Of course, WIFI is available free of charge.
Additional pricing terms;
For stays longer than 4 weeks there is a 10% discount on the basic rental price
Cleaning;
The final cleaning of € 100 is mandatory. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we offer you a small interim cleaning every 2 weeks.
Consumption of water and electricity;
Water consumption is included in the rental rate up to 3 m3 per week. More consumption is charged for € 10.00 per m3
Electricity is included in the rental rate up to 120Kwh per week. More consumption is charged for € 0.35 per Kwh
This consumption is sufficient for normal use.
Taxes;
The following taxes must be paid in Aruba;
Tourist tax 12.5% on the basic rental price
Levy tax (non-residents) $ 3.00 per accommodation per night.

Management;
The management of the property is provided by Julie Partosemito.
Upon arrival at the house you will be welcomed by Julie or one of her employees. They ensure that you receive the keys and explain everything to you.
During your stay, you can contact one of them at any time with questions.
Our property manager can also provide additional services;
-When desired they can pick you up from the airport ($ 25)
-You can take care of the first groceries so that you have a drink in the fridge before arrival and that breakfast is arranged for the first day. You will receive a shopping list in a timely manner. ($ 25 + obviously cost messages)
